Place is so unprofessional, seems like most of the workers have attitudes when you ask them too many questions the owner is barely there and acts clueless as well

If I could give them a negative star I would. This Agency is a joke, unprofessional and I wouldn’t suggest anyone to work nor interact with them. First issue is I had to step in on behalf of a worker to ensure they were paid, then a patients son whom is not present in his mother life at all lied on a worker, when we informed them to look at the camera then all of a sudden they weren’t accusing her of taking anything. It was truly sad. Then the owner is very very unprofessional and there is nothing ethical about any of them. My advice to anyone is to RUN.

This Agency is a joke. I use this Agency for my sister. Employees quit all the time. They work a month or so and then they start missing day, calling in, leaving early. Management will tell you anything but the truth. They are hardly ever in the office. They take calls on their cell phone. I would not recommend this company to care for anyone else in my family.

Bad business not enough pay hours are messed up.all work no pay. Clients are sweet the company rip off.they will slander your name say you neglected the patient left the patient alone..how and its 3 adults in the home.stop lying 🤥

I strongly discourage anyone from using this company for a long period of time, if at all. My mother used the services of this company. The majority of the employees, not all, have issues with arriving to the client’s home late, not showing up at all, having negative attitudes, not cleaning the household properly and stealing items from the household; including jewelry. I’d suggest that thorough background checks and adequate training be used for future and current employees for better experiences.
